I understand that classes at Pilates in the Haven may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death and I assume all responsibility for any injuries or health conditions arising from participation. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in Reformer Pilates classes. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Pilates in the Haven or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
