If you cancel your class more than 6 hours prior to your class start time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee and you will retain your class credit. If you cancel within 6 hours of your class start time, you will forfeit your class credit. If you hold any type of Thrive Membership (including Foundation and Presale) or an Intro Offer membership with Pilates in the Haven, a $10 cancellation fee will be charged for every late cancellation starting from the 2nd time you late cancel.
